Razorpay Teams Up with Truecaller to Introduce ‘1-Tap Verification Solution’ for Enhanced Checkout Experience


Truecaller, the global platform for caller identification, has unveiled its strategic partnership with Razorpay to offer a swift and secure online checkout experience to shoppers. This collaboration introduces Truecaller’s one-tap, OTP-less verification solution, ensuring the safety of users throughout the transaction process. By integrating this Truecaller solution, Razorpay aims to enhance the checkout experience for customers who annually use Razorpay’s checkout system. This innovative approach eliminates the need for customers to manually input their contact details or wait for OTPs during checkout, as Truecaller seamlessly auto-populates these details with a single tap. The solution contributes to reduced drop-offs and an impressive 5% increase in conversion rates for businesses.
