Rajat Rastogi is appointed as the new CFO for Duroflex

Rajat Rastogi’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer has bolstered Duroflex’s executive team. As the business enters its expansion phase, Rajat will be in charge of all financial and accounting-related aspects. He has more than 20 years of expertise in corporate finance, working in sectors ranging from FMCG to e-commerce. He formerly served as Udaan.com’s Finance Head and has had positions with Livspace, Flipkart, Coca-Cola, and Fosroc Chemicals.
Rajat will be in charge of guaranteeing Duroflex’s sound financial standing in his capacity as CFO. He will direct funding negotiations, supervise FP&A and Controllership activities, collaborate with department leaders to analyse financial data, and create the financial plan for the business. Additionally, he will consult with Duroflex’s board of directors and executive management.

Rajesh Kumar Dash has also been hired by the business to serve as Duroflex’s Product and Category Head. Dash has 20 years of expertise in P&L, Product & Category Management, Portfolio Management, and Life Cycle Management. He is a product and marketing expert.
