Smarter Dharma, a real estate-focused startup, has secured $500,000 in its inaugural funding round, with participation from Zerodha’s Rainmatter, Gruhas, Anthill Ventures, and others. The company asserts its position as India’s first sustainability resource planning platform for the real estate industry, utilizing a combination of data analytics and patented machine learning algorithms to generate valuable business insights. Additionally, Smarter Dharma is set to launch a comprehensive marketplace for sustainable materials and solutions tailored to the real estate sector.
Sriram Kuchimanchi, the founder and CEO of Smarter Dharma, highlighted the company’s significant achievements, including the mitigation of over 50,000 tons of CO2 equivalent emissions and the creation of substantial business value for their clients. He also emphasized that the raised funds would be instrumental in strengthening their technology platform and expanding their business development team to facilitate nationwide scalability.
