Quick Fashion Delivery Startup KNOT Raises $3 Mn in Pre-Series A Round Led by Kae Capital

Mumbai-based quick commerce fashion startup KNOT has raised $3 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Kae Capital, with additional participation from Sparrow Capital, Boundless Ventures LLP, and the founders of SNITCH, The Souled Store, and Bonkers Corner.

The round also saw backing from existing investors WEH Ventures, All In Capital, and Kumar Saurabh, founder of Aukera Jewellery.

The fresh capital will be used to accelerate product development, expand services beyond Mumbai, and strengthen partnerships with leading fashion brands.

Reimagining Fashion Delivery

Founded in 2025 by Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT is transforming the way Gen Z and millennials shop for fashion by combining 60-minute delivery with a Try ‘n Buy experience. The founders conceptualized KNOT after pivoting from their previous venture, Slick, upon identifying a gap in how younger consumers discover and access trendy fashion.

Currently operational in Mumbai, the startup claims to have partnered with over 70 fashion brands, delivering thousands of orders each month. KNOT’s unique value proposition includes AI-based virtual try-ons, doorstep trials with instant returns, and influencer-led product discovery—catering to the fast-moving expectations of modern fashion consumers.

Competitive Landscape Heating Up

KNOT’s fundraise comes amid rising investor interest in the quick commerce fashion space. Just last month, Bengaluru-based ZILO raised $4.5 million in a seed round led by Info Edge Ventures and Chiratae Ventures. Meanwhile, fashion delivery platform Slikk secured $10 million in funding. In parallel, Myntra launched its own rapid apparel delivery model in December 2024 and has since expanded the service to new cities.

As quick commerce models redefine how consumers engage with fashion, KNOT is positioning itself as a key player in India’s emerging “instant fashion” segment, blending convenience, technology, and curation into a seamless customer experience.
