Presolv360 Raises $4.7 Million in Series A Funding Led by Elevation Capital


Mumbai-based legal-tech startup Presolv360 is set to raise ₹41 crore (approximately $4.7 million) in a funding round led by Elevation Capital, according to Ministry of Corporate Affairs filings and people familiar with the matter. Existing investor MGA Ventures and several angel investors are also participating.

Founded by Aman Kailash Sanghavi, Bhaven Tarunkumar Shah, and Namita Vijay Shah, Presolv360 is an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform enabling individuals and businesses to resolve disputes without going to court. Leveraging negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, the platform aims to reduce the time, cost, and effort involved in legal conflict resolution.

The startup’s technology suite includes digital case management and workflow automation, providing faster, more accessible justice a pressing need in India, where millions of cases remain pending in courts for years.

Presolv360’s advisory council features high-profile legal figures such as Justice U.U. Lalit, former Chief Justice of India; Justice B.N. Srikrishna (Retd.); and Justice K. Kannan (Retd.), adding credibility and trust to its services.

This funding marks Presolv360’s first major raise since securing $1 million in 2021 from MGA Ventures, Omidyar Network India, and other investors. The capital will be used to strengthen the platform, enhance technology, and expand market reach.

With competitors such as CADRE ODR, Sama, and JustAct, Presolv360 aims to differentiate through a combination of advanced technology and strong legal expertise. The deal highlights growing investor interest in technology-driven dispute resolution solutions in India’s evolving legal landscape.
