Onsitego Acquires Qdigi Services in Rs 80 Crore Deal to Strengthen After-Sale Services


Onsitego, a leading after-sale service provider for consumer devices, has announced the acquisition of Qdigi Services, a subsidiary of Quess Corp, in a transaction valued at Rs 80 crore. The acquisition is expected to complement Onsitego’s business and expand its market opportunity. The transaction is set to be completed in the next two to three months, with Quess Corp holding a minority stake in Onsitego.

As part of the acquisition, the entire team and business of Qdigi will be transferred to Onsitego. Additionally, Quess will acquire a minority stake in Onsitego.

Qdigi, founded by Kunal Mahipal, offers installation, repair, and maintenance services to leading OEMs such as Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, Xiaomi, and online retailers like Amazon. The brand operates 100 company-owned and 200 franchise service centers, employing over 1,400 professionals.

Since its inception, Onsitego has built strong relationships with major retailers like Vijay Sales, Croma, Bajaj Electronics, Girias, Big C, Lot, Great Eastern, Phonewale, Amazon, and others. With a retailer network spanning over 10,000 stores, Onsitego has covered more than 1.5 crore devices.

Backed by Accel and Zodius, Onsitego competes with Servify, OneAssist, Syska Gadget Secure, and ZurePro in the after-sale service sector. The acquisition of Qdigi Services is expected to enhance Onsitego’s capabilities and offerings, strengthening its position in the market for consumer device after-sale services.
