Navratna Company pays a dividend of 20 per share, and PAT Increases by 44% in Q2


Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) is a large-cap Navratna CPSE business that operates in the industrial sector, with a market valuation of Rs. 82,894.66 crore. The company sells and provides services to the country’s defense industry. In addition to the Board of Directors’ declaration of the first interim dividend for the fiscal year 2022–2023 of Rs.

“For the fiscal year 2022-2023, the Board of Directors of the Company has declared a first interim dividend of Rs. 20 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up (200%).” As informed earlier, the record date for the payment of the first interim dividend will be Monday, the 21st of November, 2022,” the company has mentioned in a stock exchange filing.

Consolidated, the firm reported net sales of 5144.89 crore in the second quarter of FY23, up from 3622.46 crore in the first quarter and 5552.14 crore in the second quarter of FY22. This is a QoQ growth of 42% but a YoY decline of 7.33%. When compared to Q1FY23’s net profit of 620.13 crore and Q2FY22’s net profit of 846.74 crore, the company reported a QoQ rise of 96.92% and a YoY growth of 44.22% in Q2FY23. In Q2FY23, the EPS increased to 36.52 per share from Q1FY23’s 18.55 and Q2FY22’s 25.32.

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. shares ended trading today at $2,484.00 a share, up 2.18% from the previous closing of $2,431.10. In comparison to the 20-day average volume of 856,806 shares, the stock had a total volume of 1,522,905 shares today. The company has so far in 2022 produced a multi-bagger return of 101.35 percent on a year-to-date basis.
