Microsoft incorporates AI technology into additional developer tools through ChatGPT

On Monday, Microsoft Corporation incorporated the ChatGPT technology into its Power Platform, which enables users to create applications without extensive coding, marking the company’s most recent integration of artificial intelligence into its products.
Major tech firms such as Alphabet Inc and Baidu Inc are rapidly incorporating generative AI technology into their products, as it has become increasingly popular for its capability to produce text responses to queries that resemble human language.
According to Microsoft, several tools for developing business intelligence and applications within Power Platform, such as Power Virtual Agent and AI Builder, have been enhanced with the new capabilities.
The Power Virtual Agent tool, which enables companies to construct chatbots, has been updated to link with internal company resources, allowing it to produce summaries of weekly reports and customer inquiries.
In addition, Microsoft has integrated generative AI capabilities into AI Builder, which facilitates workflow automation for businesses. Furthermore, the company has released a new version of its Dynamics 365 business management platform, which is founded on this technology.
The latest version of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 tool, known as Dynamics 365 Copilot, comprises several applications designed for sales, customer service, and marketing that incorporate AI technology to automate tasks such as data collection and analysis, as well as creating email campaigns, among other functions.
On Monday, Microsoft announced that its CEO Satya Nadella will be hosting an event on March 16 to discuss the concept of “reinventing productivity with AI.”
While Microsoft has introduced AI enhancements for its widely used Windows operating system and search engine Bing, it has not yet made any announcements regarding its Office productivity suite, which includes Excel and Word.
