Mensa Brands purchases Times Internet’s MensXP, iDiva, and Hypp brands

Brands’ House Mensa Brands has collaborated with India Lifestyle Network to acquire Times Internet’s MensXP, iDiva, and Hypp. Following the acquisition, these sites will continue to operate as independent brands and destinations in their respective areas.
According to a news release, the acquisition will improve Mensa’s digital brand-building capabilities and create synergies in the development of a next-generation, digital-first consumer company.
“With MensXP and iDiva’s deep understanding of the young Indian audience, content creation capabilities, and credible creator network, together, we will build clutter-breaking and culture-defining lifestyle brands,” said Ananth Narayanan, Founder and CEO of Mensa Brands.
MensXP, iDiva, and Hypp collectively have 40 million monthly visitors and 250 million monthly visits across their social networking sites.
Angad Bhatia, Founder and CEO of MensXP and iDiva, said, “India Lifestyle Network and Mensa will together be a formidable force in content commerce.
