Medikabazaar, a B2B health technology firm hires a new CHRO and COO

Sandeep Gandhi and Manish Gahlaut have been named as the chief human resource officer and chief operating officer, respectively, at Creaegis-backed soonicorn Medikabazaar. In a news statement, it was said that the transfer would aim to “strengthen its management in the healthcare supply chain, develop in the emerging market section, assist in institutional linkage, and create new strategic alliances globally.”
Gandhi, who has more than 20 years of experience in businesses like PepsiCo, Aircel Maxis, Vodafone, and Telenor, will support the company’s people-first culture and human resources strategy. Gahlaut, who will lead supply chain management, has experience in the healthcare industry working for international corporations including Novartis, Abbott, and Bausch & Lomb.
“We have been enhancing the labour strength, market presence, and technology skills in order to accelerate the business momentum and achieve aggressive growth ambitions. To assist us in realise our worldwide goals, we are putting together a strong multinational leadership team, said Medikabazaar CEO Vivek Tiwari.
Tiwari and Ketan Malkan founded Medikabazaar, the largest B2B health technology market for medical supplies in India, in 2015. The company has reported almost 11 times growth in the last three years, it said and has been on an unheard-of rapid progress path in recent years.
