LEAD promotes Deepak Hariharan as expansion head for affordable private schools

Deepak Hariharan has been promoted to expansion head of affordable private schools, according to LEAD, a company that develops technology for schools. Hariharan, who was previously senior vice president of growth, will now be in charge of LEAD’s growth in both existing and new markets. This is LEAD’s third senior leadership promotion in the past six months, and it is consistent with the company’s plans to develop dependable teams for 2X growth.
“Growing talent from within is a key focus for us at LEAD, and Deepak’s (Hariharan) elevation is a testament to his exceptional performance and contributions to our company’s success. Deepak’s (Hariharan) strong strategic and analytical skills, data-based approach, and past experiences in growth leadership and entrepreneurship will hold him in good stead as he takes LEAD’s excellent education system to more schools,” said Sumeet Mehta, co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of LEAD.

Hariharan has over 15 years of experience, and according to his LinkedIn profile, he has held leadership positions at Tata 1mg, Zomato, and Feedback INFRA in a variety of roles, including business development, client engagement, project delivery, planning, and mentoring. Additionally, he founded and served as CEO of MentorYes, a platform for career and academic mentoring.
