Jipanditji, a woman-led spiritual startup founded by Ms. Pooja Dadhich, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vidur Prerna, under the leadership of Shri Purna Borah, IAS, Chief Development Officer, Bijnor.
This collaboration marks the beginning of a powerful mission: to empower rural women from Self Help Groups (SHGs) in Bijnor by involving them in the creation of eco-friendly, satvik, and traditional spiritual products.
What this partnership enables:
SHG women will be trained to make havan samagri, dhoop sticks, cow dung diyas, and other spiritual items.
These handcrafted products will be branded and sold under the Jipanditji label, connecting rural India to homes across the country and beyond.
Distribution will span e-commerce platforms, temple networks, spiritual festivals, and cultural events, opening doors to national and global markets.
“At Jipanditji, we believe spirituality can be a vehicle for self-reliance. This partnership isn’t just about business it’s about dignity, legacy, and building futures where women uplift each other through shared purpose,” said Ms. Pooja Dadhich, Founder of Jipanditji.
The initiative has received strong support from the District Administration of Bijnor, with Shri Porna Borah, IAS, providing leadership and vision. With backing from local government and grassroots groups, this is more than a project it’s a movement.
At its core, this collaboration stands for:
Livelihoods rooted in India’s spiritual wisdom
Women-led sustainability and self-reliance
Strengthening India’s soft power through tradition and craftsmanship
“We are building a value chain where rural women aren’t just workers they are creators and cultural leaders,” added Ms. Dadhich.
From Bijnor to Bharat to the world, Jipanditji is reshaping the spiritual economy making it more inclusive, ethical, and proudly Indian.
