InsuranceDekho Appoints Divya Mohan as Chief Human Resources Officer

InsuranceDekho, a prominent player in the insurance domain, has recently announced the appointment of Divya Mohan as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Divya will assume the pivotal responsibility of leading the human resources (HR) function at InsuranceDekho, strategically cultivating the people aspect to seamlessly support the company’s overarching business strategy and expansion.
Divya brings to the table over 16 years of extensive experience garnered from a diverse range of large conglomerates and innovative startups. Her skill set encompasses change management, adept management of a diverse workforce, leadership development, organization effectiveness, and comprehensive rewards systems. Her professional journey has seen her contributing to esteemed organizations like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, VLCC Healthcare, Volvo-Eicher commercial vehicles, and OYO.
Before joining the InsuranceDekho team, Divya held a key position as Senior Director – People Experience at Innovaccer Analytics, a health-tech company based in San Francisco.
