Inkers Technology Secures $3M in Series A Funding

Inkers Technology, a pioneering AI solutions provider for the construction industry, has announced the successful closure of its $3 million Series A funding round. The funding, led by renowned investor Ashish Kacholia, underscores the transformative potential of Inkers’ flagship product, Observance™, in redefining construction workflows and boosting efficiency across the sector.

Founded by Rohan Shravan, Manish Giri, and Srikanth Kannada, Observance™ is a next-generation AI-powered platform designed to process complex construction data—point cloud data, images, Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, and project schedules—and convert it into actionable insights. The platform empowers construction teams to identify potential issues, optimize workflows, and significantly reduce time and costs.
Since its launch, Observance™ has been deployed at over 150 construction sites in Bangalore, NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The platform has scanned more than 250 million square feet of construction area and processed over 2 petabytes of data, identifying 40,000+ defects, including water seepage and concrete issues. These insights have enabled clients to save substantial costs and avoid delays.
Notable industry leaders such as Colliers, Brigade, Prestige, Sobha, and GMR rely on Observance™ to minimize rework and achieve faster project execution, resulting in cost savings of 5-10%.
Observance™ delivers hyper-accurate as-built 3D models enriched with thermal maps for resolving BIM conflicts, providing real-time construction updates, and identifying structural defects. The platform can scan up to 100,000 square feet of construction area per hour and generate detailed analytics, as-built models, defect reports, and schedule updates within 24-48 hours.
“This efficiency reduces traditional planning and processing times from months to hours, positioning Observance™ as a game-changer in the industry,” noted Manish Giri, Co-Founder and CTO of Inkers Technology.
Inkers Technology has experienced rapid growth since the platform’s mid-2022 launch, achieving operational breakeven by January 2023. The company’s proprietary expertise lies in areas like point cloud-to-3D model conversion, BIM generation, as-built modeling, and automated identification of building defects.
With this funding, Inkers plans to expand its reach and enhance its offerings to drive the digital transformation of the construction industry.
