Infracorp will be the lead partner for the inaugural edition of the Sustainability Forum Middle East

Sustainability Forum Middle East has announced Infracorp as the primary partner for sustainable infrastructure for the upcoming inaugural edition of the sustainability forum titled ‘Business Transition to Net-Zero: The Path Towards a Successful Low-Carbon Future’.
The forum, which will bring together more than 300 MENA executives from the public and business sectors as well as worldwide sustainability experts, will examine the region’s decarbonization initiatives and methods to boost climate action. It will take place in Bahrain on January 12.
Sustainability Forum Middle East is an organization that works on building sustainability activities in the region. Infracorp is a sustainable infrastructure and development platform that accelerates growth and investment in sustainable infrastructure assets in the Middle East and North Africa area.
The agreement was launched at Infracorp’s headquarters in Bahrain Harbour, in the presence of Majed Al Khan, CEO and board member of Infracorp, and Zahraa Taher, Managing Director of FinMark Communications and the forum’s founder and organizer.
According to a statement on Zawya, Infracorp will present its vision for a more sustainable future and the greener ecosystems it is establishing across real estate and infrastructure as the forum’s principal partner. It will also give information on long-term finance.
The forum would focus on financial alternatives for businesses and governments to fund the transition to a more sustainable future, including keynote talks, panel sessions, and workshops. Experts will also present an overview of the outcomes of the just-finished COP27 in Egypt and look ahead to COP28, planned to take place in the UAE in 2023.
The event’s other supporters include the Bahrain Economic Development Board, Standard Chartered, Nogaholding, the National Bank of Bahrain, Gulf International Bank, and Forum Partner, Alba.
