NimbleS2P, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company co-founded by Arun Krishnamoorthy and Chandresh Sharma, has announced raising $483,383 (approximately Rs 4 crore) in pre-Series A funding. The investment round was led by Inflection Point Ventures and included participation from several micro-venture catalysts and angel investors.
NimbleS2P, a Mumbai-based startup founded in 2016 by Chandresh Sharma and Arun Krishnamoorthy, has announced plans to utilize the recently raised pre-Series A funding of $483,383 (approximately Rs 4 crore) to focus on product development, sales, marketing, and expanding business relationships. The company provides streamlined and automated workflow solutions for finance, accounting, and procurement to manufacturing and infrastructure firms, boasting a processing time reduction of 50-70%.
NimbleS2P has a diverse client portfolio, including well-known companies such as DLF, Jindal Steel & Power, and Oberoi Realty. Co-founder Chandresh Sharma has set ambitious goals for the next 2-3 years, aiming to establish a robust foundation and attract 200,000 users while expanding the business to the Middle East and South Asia.
Ankur Mittal, co-founder of Inflection Point Ventures, has highlighted the importance of digital transformation in sectors such as manufacturing, power, and infrastructure, which have remained largely untouched. Despite Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contributing nearly 30% to the GDP, these sectors still require efficient and structural models to improve workflow organization. NimbleS2P offers a solution for this problem, allowing companies to leverage their product and implement digital transformation to optimize their operations.
Inflection Point Ventures is an angel investing platform founded in 2018 by Ankur Mittal, Vinay Bansal, and Mitesh Shah, with headquarters in Gurugram. The platform has made over 140 deals, investing over Rs 550 crore since its inception. In 2020, the company launched Physis Capital, a $50 million VC fund aimed at investing in startups in their pre-Series A to Series B rounds.
Inflection Point Ventures, an angel investing platform based in Gurugram, has been actively involved in funding rounds for startups. Recently, the firm led a Series A funding round worth $2 million for LoanKuber, a mortgage lending platform. In January, Inflection Point Ventures participated in a seed funding round worth $2 million for SuperCluster Pi, a house of brands player.
