IaaS startup InCruiter raises Rs. 100 lakh in revenue-based funding led by Recur Club


InCruiter, an Interview as a Service (IaaS) startup has raised Rs 100 lakh in revenue-based funding led by Recur Club

Founded in 2018 by Anil Agarwal and Ritu Mathran in 2018, the Bengaluru-based startup will use the funds to promote its services in the United States, Canada, and Dubai, as well as to open new offices in these countries. The company said in a statement that it will also recruit qualified professionals in technology and sales.

“We will continue to launch more innovative products in the coming times – a new product is already in the pipeline and is expected to go live by the end of 2023,” said CEO and Co-founder Anil Agarwal.

Since its inception, InCruiter claims to have conducted approximately 50,000 interviews, engaged over 2200 interviewers, and completed 1.51 million interview minutes. It has served over 250 domestic and international clients, including big giants like Practo, Mahindra, Adecco, and Spinny.

In 2022, The IaaS company claims to have 127 clients on board. During the pandemic, InCruiter generated $250,000 in revenue and crossed the $1 million mark in FY22. In the coming year, the company expects to generate more than $5 million in revenue.
