Healthcare app PharmEasy deploys Unicommerce’s integrated SaaS platform for marketplace operations

PharmEasy, India’s top consumer healthcare “super app” (offering online pharmacy, over-the-counter, teleconsultation, and diagnostics services), has announced its partnership with Unicommerce, an integrated SaaS platform for managing consumer post-purchase experiences. This will help PharmEasy’s marketplace operations run more smoothly. The vendor management system from Unicommerce will be used by PharmEasy to support its marketplace operations. Additionally, its vendor network will be able to manage all online orders using the Unicommerce platform. PharmEasy is dedicated to providing excellent customer service by leveraging technology.

Faster deliveries will be achieved by automating the allocation of orders to vendors using unicommerce technology. Vendors who use Unicommerce systems will also be able to integrate all of their inventory onto PharmEasy and offer customers a larger range of goods. With a focus on extending services across India, PharmEasy is optimistic in the ongoing growth of its digital business. The end users’ post-purchase experience will be improved, and operational efficiency will be ensured.
