Hanto Workspaces, a managed commercial real estate solutions provider, recently secured Rs 15 crore in funding through a blend of equity and debt. The investment, led by Anurag Jain, the founder of KredX, alongside various angel investors throughout India, marks a significant milestone for the company. Hanto aims to utilize this capital infusion to fuel its growth and expansion endeavors across the nation.
Established in 2019 by Aashit Verma, Hanto currently operates approximately 70 office floors in Bengaluru, catering to notable clients such as CRED and Chaipoint. With ambitions to broaden its presence, the company eyes expansion into Tier II cities like Hyderabad and Pune within the upcoming five years, projecting a revenue surge to over Rs 700 crore by 2028.
Verma articulated, “The raised capital will primarily facilitate team expansion and the acquisition of new buildings. Our strategy includes doubling our revenue in FY2023-24, driven by the robust demand observed in the commercial real estate market.”
This funding round not only bolsters Hanto’s financial standing but also amplifies its capabilities to meet the escalating demands for commercial real estate, aligning with their strategic vision for substantial growth and market dominance in the foreseeable future.
