As per a report by industry body The National Association of Software and Service Companies and consulting firm Zinnov, women-led startups account for only 18% of unfunded startups. Unfortunately, the situation doesn’t improve as startups move on to different stages, with women-founded startups representing just 18% at the seed stage, 14% in the early stage, and 16% in both late-stage and unicorn categories.
