Merger and Acquisation

GOOD TO GO to Acquire TenderCuts and Happy Chops, Expanding Meat Delivery Reach

GOOD TO GO, an omnichannel meat brand, is in the process of acquiring the TenderCuts brand, an online meat seller primarily serving South India, particularly in Chennai. This strategic move aims to combine GOOD TO GO’s offline expertise and operations in North India with TenderCuts’ strong omnichannel presence and well-established brand reputation in Southern India. The merger is expected to result in an expanded offering of hygienically packaged fresh meats and seafood, benefiting customers in both North and South India.

Angad Singh, the founder & CEO of GOOD TO GO, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We are excited to welcome TenderCuts into the Good To Go family. This will enable us to become the leading brand in South India, offering a remarkable variety of fresh meats to a broader customer base while also supporting the growth of local businesses.”

The acquisition also includes Happy Chops, a tech platform that empowers local butcher shops with an online storefront and procurement support. Presently, GOOD TO GO operates 11 stores in the Delhi-NCR region, while TenderCuts has 16 stores in Chennai.

GOOD TO GO is recognized as a pioneering omnichannel meat brand, providing fresh raw chicken, mutton, and seafood through both offline stores and online delivery services.

TenderCuts, on the other hand, is an online meat retail platform known for its high-quality and succulent meat products.
