According to the value and volume of residential sales made in fiscal 2020–21 (FY21), Godrej Properties claimed to have surpassed all competitors to become India’s largest developer. Godrej Properties has added eight new projects with an estimated revenue potential of 16,500 crore so far in FY23 and is actively collecting land for future development.

Godrej Properties Executive Chairman Pirojsha Godrej is optimistic that the business will add a lot more land parcels to its portfolio by March, even though there are still four months left in the 2022–23 fiscal year.

Pirojsha Godrej announced plans to spend around 7,500 crore over the following 12 to 18 months on the purchase and development of new real estate projects in February of this year.

According to the projections, Godrej Properties has so far this fiscal year added 8 new land parcels, practically all of which are fully owned, and these would aid in producing sales revenue worth 16,500 crore. One of the top real estate developers in the nation is Godrej Properties, a division of the commercial behemoth Godrej Group.

It primarily concentrates on Bengaluru, Pune, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and Delhi-NCR. This year, the Delhi-NCR market saw a large number of land deals as builders sought to increase their presence in order to capitalize on a rebound in demand.
