In a groundbreaking initiative, GIMS, Gr Noida, in collaboration with IIT Mandi Catalyst, hosted a Coffee Talk event on December 13, 2023, marking the establishment of Uttar Pradesh’s inaugural Hospital-Based Medical Incubator. The event brought together eminent professionals, thought leaders and innovative startup founders to explore co-incubation opportunities, stress the significance of mentorship, and shed light on funding avenues for startups in the medical domain.

Reflecting on the event, Dr. Rahul Singh, Head of Incubation at CMI GIMS and the moderator of the session, expressed enthusiasm about the collaborative efforts between GIMS, Gr Noida, and IIT Mandi Catalyst. Dr. Rahul Singh further emphasized the convergence of academia and industry, stating, “CMI GIMS stands tall as the inaugural public hospital-based medical incubator in Uttar Pradesh, catering to more than 40,000 patients each month.
