Bengaluru-based women’s fashion startup Outzidr has secured ₹27 crore (approximately USD 3.1 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by RTP Global, with participation from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners.
Founded in 2024 by Nirmal Jain, Mani Kant Mani, and Justin Mario, Outzidr targets Indian women aged 18–28, focusing on western wear. Since launching operations in February 2025, the digital-first brand claims to have introduced over 8,000 styles and served more than 100,000 customers within just five months.
The newly raised capital will be channelled towards opening Outzidr’s first exclusive offline store by March 2026 and strengthening its design, technology, and operations teams. The brand currently sells through its direct-to-consumer platform as well as leading marketplaces including Ajio, Myntra, and Nykaa Fashion.
This latest funding round follows the company’s earlier ₹30 crore (USD 3.5 million) seed investment from Stellaris Venture Partners and strategic angel investors. Outzidr’s rapid growth reflects the rising demand for Gen Z-focused fashion brands in India’s booming apparel market.
