FuelBuddy and HPCL collaborate to enter the lubricants market


FuelBuddy, a doorstep fuel delivery service, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, a public sector oil marketing company, together announced their debut into the lubes industry (HPCL). According to a release from the startup, all of its clients, including current ones, can now order lubricants through its app. Following that, lubes will be physically delivered to the customer’s home by HPCL’s authorised distributors.

FuelBuddy stated that it hopes to establish a solid presence in the national lubricant market with this association. More than 350 different domestically made lube, specialty, and grease grades are offered by HP Lubricants. According to the statement, the grades have uses in the rail, automotive, industrial, mining, construction, agricultural, fishing, and military industries.

Sanjay Kumar, Executive Director, Lubricants SBU at HPCL, said: “With FuelBuddy’s holistic approach to offering energy services to the users, and our cumulative network across the country, this is a win-win partnership for both sides and the consumers.”

Customers may order the necessary lubes through the platform’s smartphone and track the delivery in real time, according to the business. Over 4,500 customers are served by FuelBuddy, which is present in 130 locations throughout all of India.
