FHealth Accelerator has announced that the first batch of its accelerator programme will begin on July 26th. The startup accelerator has been created to support and hasten the growth of firms with a healthcare emphasis in their early phases of revenue generation.
In FY23, the accelerator intends to invest over $1.5 million across eight to ten firms over three batches, according to FHealth. The Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Limited, better known as “Madhavbaug,” a chain of Ayurveda Cardiac Care clinics with over 270 clinics spread throughout seven states, is the program’s supporter.
The accelerator will offer guidance and training, assistance and chances to use their distribution network, research facilities, and access their more than 1 lakh active patient population in addition to financial backing. Startups involved in direct-to-consumer (D2C), home healthcare, telemedicine, patient-centric innovations, Medtech, and digital medicines will be the main focus of the FHealth Accelerator.
Madhavbaug’s founder, managing director, and CEO, Dr Rohit Sane said, “In FY23, the accelerator intends to invest more than USD 1.5 million across 8–10 firms over three batches. Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Limited, generally known as “Madhavbaug,” one of India’s major Ayurveda heart care clinic chains with a network of over 270 clinics spread across 7 states, is supporting the accelerator programme.”
He further stated, “Startups involved in direct-to-consumer (D2C), home healthcare, telemedicine, patient-centric innovations, Medtech, and digital medicines are the main focus. Although the accelerator is situated in Mumbai, applications are being accepted across India.”
