Eupheus Learning Raises Additional $3 Million from Lightrock

Eupheus Learning, India’s largest school-focused distribution platform, has secured an additional $3 million in funding from Lightrock India, a global impact investment fund. This follows the company’s $10 million funding round in September 2021. The latest infusion will accelerate Eupheus Learning’s organic growth and democratize access to 21st-century learning solutions for school students.

With this funding, Eupheus Learning aims to expand its product portfolio, geographical reach, and segment penetration. The company’s classroom-first curriculum-focused approach currently serves approximately 10,000 schools across 725+ cities in India. The implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has significantly increased the adoption of innovative solutions in schools, further fueling demand for Eupheus Learning’s offerings.

Amit Kapoor, Co-founder & CEO of Eupheus Learning, expressed enthusiasm about the company’s growth trajectory. He stated, “Since 2021, we have acquired 2 companies, doubled our school footprint and increased our product portfolio. We are committed to further grow our fruitful association with Lightrock to offer seamless in-class and at-home learning solutions.”

Eupheus Learning, founded in June 2017, provides a range of curricular content mapped to CBSE and ICSE standards, along with supplemental solutions such as STEM/STEAM tools, English enhancement programs, AR/VR technologies, and robotics. Its proprietary digital platform, SchoolMitra, integrates content, learning management systems, financial management systems, and communication tools into a single ecosystem, benefitting all stakeholders—principals, teachers, parents, and students alike.

Co-founder & COO Ved Prakash Khatri highlighted the strategic implications of the funding round, saying, “With this round, we are sure to positively impact our horizontal growth as well as deepen our school-partnerships, both in India and markets in the Middle East.”
