D2C Dairy Brand Sid’s Farm raises $1 Million in bridge round led by customers and referrals
Sid’s Farm, a direct-to-consumer dairy brand, has raised $1 million in a bridge round from customers and referrals. This is the premium milk startup’s first round of funding.
The Telangana-based startup will use the proceeds for product development, infrastructure upgrades and deeper retail penetration.
“We will use the proceeds for product development, infrastructure upgrades, deeper retail penetration and digital transformation,” Kishore Indukuri, Founder and Managing Director of Sid’s Farm, said.
The firm claims that it supplies milk and dairy products with no traces of antibiotics, hormones, or preservatives. It has completed 7 years of operation.
The firm has about 15,000 customer at Chevella nera Hyderabad, Telangana. After launching its products in Hyderabad, it recently stretched into the Bengaluru market. Kishore Indukuri had founded the dairy firm.
