Cybersecurity startup SubCom secures $1 million in its seed funding round

SubCom (Subconscious Compute Pvt Ltd) has secured $1 million in a seed round led by YourNest Venture Capital, ISV Capital, and Entrepreneur First. Bikky Khosla, chairman of TradeIndia; Varun Alagh, creator of MamaEarth; Harjot Gill, founder of FluxNinja and Netsil; and other top executives from Google, Netflix, and Visa also took part in the round.
According to Anter Virk, the co-founder and CEO of SubCom, end-users and endpoints are the weakest links in today’s cybersecurity chain. The threat environment for endpoints has grown dramatically as a result of Covid-19, and ransomware threats have grown significantly as well. Users may see the endpoint trust score, take recommended security steps, and monitor and mitigate threats like ransomware and zero-day attacks in real-time using SubCom, he also said.
SubCom, founded by Anter Virk and Dilawar Singh in December 2020, is a leader in endpoint observability thanks to its ‘habituation neural fabric.’ This AI-powered platform allows customers to monitor and control the trust score of their endpoints in real-time, such as laptops, smartphones, and IoT devices.
SubCom’s habituation neural fabric learns to distinguish between true dangers and safe signals, similar to biological intelligence. It’s capable of analysing large amounts of data on the endpoint and detecting abnormalities in real-time with unparalleled precision.
