ConveGenius secures $7 million to enhance capabilities of its Conversational AI Bot Store

Amazon Web Services (AWS) India announced on Thursday that ConveGenius, an edtech social enterprise, has developed a conversational AI chatbot called SwiftChat on its platform for government schools and low-fee private schools.
The platform aims to enhance learning outcomes for school students by utilizing over 53 conversational AI chatbots, delivering personalized learning content in 13 regional languages to more than 100 million students across India.In a statement, ConveGenius revealed, “ConveGenius has built SwiftChat Conversational AI Platform on AWS.”
The SwiftChat platform, holding 124 million student profiles across 19 million devices, enables government schools to create omnichannel chatbots. These chatbots deliver personalized learning, including curated videos and read-along content, through a single AI-enabled chatbot conversation. According to the release, “Using the SwiftChat platform, government schools can deliver personalized learning through a single AI-enabled chatbot conversation.”
Apart from personalized learning, SwiftChat offers teacher training and data-driven decision-making for school administrators. The platform allows administrators to observe and address schools’ resource requirements, ensuring a healthy teacher-to-student ratio.
