Computer Age Management Services acquires majority stake in Think Analytics, based in Chennai

On Sunday, Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS), based in the city, announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Think Analytics India Pvt Ltd (Think360 AI) to bolster its account aggregator framework and improve its Artificial Intelligence and analytics services.
Established in 2013, Think360 AI is an AI and data sciences company that employs digital technologies such as advanced analytics, machine learning, mobile, and cloud computing to provide creative solutions. Think360 AI offers software as a service (SaaS)-based products, data science, and technology consulting services to leading companies in India and around the world.
According to CAMS Managing Director Anuj Kumar, as AI, analytics, and data-driven technologies gain popularity in addressing problems and driving business transformation and growth, investing in Think360 AI is a good opportunity to improve CAMS’ market reach and encourage innovation in the BFSI and capital markets sector.
CAMS Managing Director Anuj Kumar stated that the product and solution suite of Think360 AI complements CAMS’ account aggregator offering, further strengthening its position as a digital public infrastructure. Meanwhile, Think360 AI co-founder and CEO Amit Das expressed excitement at being a part of the CAMS Group, a leader in the financial technology sector.
