ChrysCapital purchases Xoriant, an IT service provider

ChrysCapital, a private equity fund, has purchased Xoriant, a provider of software engineering and digital IT services. This is the ninth business services buyout for ChrysCapital since its founding and the second acquisition from the ninth fund.

The Sunnyvale, California-based company Xoriant offers solutions and services with an emphasis on digital product engineering, cloud infrastructure and operations, security, data engineering and management, and analytics. Global Fortune 100 companies use it. ChrysCapital invests in firms that provide financial, pharmaceutical, IT/engineering/business process, and business services.
