Bundle O Joy, a children’s shopping website, announced on Tuesday that it has secured Rs 3.9 crore in a fundraising round led by CIIE.CO, an incubator formed by IIM Ahmedabad. Bundle O Joy, which was founded by Akriti Gupta in 2022, assists parents in finding things such as attire, footwear, toys, books, & accessories.
The funds will be used to develop the startup’s tech, supply chain, and talent acquisition. “Children’s retail is a crowded area with everything under the sun displayed simultaneously.” Today, parents seek advice on what is best for their fast-growing child at each stage. This opens up a great chance to improve the present sub-optimal buying experience,” stated Bundle O Joy founder Akriti Gupta.
“In the next months, the firm intends to increase its services and create an enhanced user experience for its consumers while taking a holistic approach to production, retail, changing customer demands, and distribution, among many other things,” Bundle O Joy stated in a statement.
“We believe Bundle O Joy has found a need in the children’s retail category,” stated Vipul Patel, partner, seed investing at CIIE.CO. Existing online platforms, whether horizontal or vertical, do not deliver an experience that corresponds to parents’ changing purchasing habits. We are thrilled to be collaborating with the founding team in the developing area of personalized shopping experiences in children’s retail.”
