Gurugram-based healthcare-focused fintech startup Care.fi has raised ₹7.5 crore in debt capital from Vivriti Capital. This latest funding follows its previous rounds, which included ₹8 crore in debt capital from Wint Wealth (Ambium Finserve) and Caspian, along with $2.5 million (around ₹21 crore) in debt from Trifecta Capital and UC Inclusive Credit. In total, Care.fi has raised approximately ₹29 crore to date.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate the company’s efforts in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for hospitals and expand the reach of its AI-driven RCM platform, RevNow, the company announced in a press release.
Founded in 2021 by Sidak Singh and Vikrant Agarwal, Care.fi aims to simplify the complex and time-consuming process of insurance claims, which often results in delayed discharges, revenue leakages, and operational inefficiencies for hospitals.
According to the company, RevNow is significantly transforming hospital workflows by expediting claim settlements, enabling hospitals to receive payments within 3–5 days post-discharge. The platform automates final billing and approvals, reducing patient discharge times to just 30 minutes.
“Since our inception, we have focused on solving critical operational pain points in hospital revenue management. With RevNow, we are setting new benchmarks in claims processing efficiency. This latest funding will enable us to scale further, helping hospitals optimize financial workflows while ensuring better patient experiences. As the healthcare ecosystem grows, we aim to continue innovating and improving revenue realization for providers,” said Sidak Singh, co-founder of Care.fi.
RevNow enhances hospital workflows by providing real-time query notifications, automated responses, and integrated mailing services, ensuring streamlined communication. It also offers real-time cash flow reconciliation at the entity, unit, and claim levels, giving hospitals improved financial visibility.
Care.fi claims to be managing over ₹800 crore in claims across 300+ hospitals, auditing more than 50,000 claims. The company plans to expand RevNow’s capabilities further by integrating with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and billing platforms.
