Carbon Masters India raises undisclosed funding Pre-Series A round

Bengaluru-based Carbon Masters India announced in a press release that it has secured an undisclosed sum in Pre-Series A finance led by Schneider Electric Energy Access Asia (SEEAA) (SEEAA). The investment round also included participation from current and new investors including Bharat Founders Fund, Sangam Ventures, Indian Angel Network, Nativelead Foundation, and Avalok Consultancy.

The company is a tech-enabled platform sales platform for bio-CNG (compressed natural gas) and bio-enriched organic manure. These are supplied under its brand name ‘Carbonlites’, which are created from the organic waste fraction of Municipal Solid Waste and farm waste throughout Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana.
