Boundless Brands Secures $2.5 Million in Seed Funding Round

Digital-first beverage brand Boundless Brands has secured $2.5 million in a seed round from renowned angel investors hailing from the United States and India. The company aims to integrate more than 1,000 third-party F&B brands onto its complete e-commerce platform within the next 24 months, as stated in a press release. 

Additionally, it intends to introduce a range of refreshing drinks during the summer of 2023, which will be accessible through its proprietary e-commerce site and application, as well as quick commerce, marketplaces, and contemporary retail channels.

Boundless Brands offers F&B brands complete e-commerce services, including technology, catalog management, digital marketing, payment processing, order fulfillment, and customer support for their e-commerce sites and apps. The brand is incubated by Sandeep Aggarwal, the founder of Droom and ShopClues, and co-founded by Nagendra Shukla, who serves as the CEO.

 Shukla brings over 23 years of experience as a two-time entrepreneur and technology leader in Silicon Valley, having held positions at companies like Sephora.com, HP, Intuit, and McAfee. While Aggarwal will remain involved in strategy and team mentoring, he will not have an executive role in the company.

Boundless Brands, headquartered in Gurugram, is set to introduce numerous refreshing drinks during the upcoming summer season, targeting the unmet demand in the Indian beverage market for millennials and GenZ. These demographics make up over 50% of the overall $100 billion F&B market in India.
