AutoVRse, an AR/VR startup, secures seed funding from Lumikai

AutoVRse, a homegrown AR/VR tech startup, has secured a $2 million seed round, led by Lumikai, a gaming and interactive media-focused venture capital fund. Reflecting on the investment, AutoVRse stated, “We are thrilled to have Lumikai and other prominent investors on board.”

The funding round also saw participation from notable figures such as Rajat Monga, co-founder of TensorFlow, and Yash Kotak, founder and CEO of Jumper.ai. These funds will fuel the development of AutoVRse’s enterprise product “VRseBuilder,” aimed at enabling VR deployment at scale for digital transformation in heavy industry and manufacturing enterprises.

Founded by Ashwin Jaishanker and Adarsh Muthappa, VRseBuilder offers a comprehensive technology stack and SaaS platform, including a VR content library and a VR-native Learning Management System. AutoVRse intends to leverage its in-house game lab to enhance its enterprise product, exemplified by the creation of ‘District M,’ an innovative social, multiplayer VR rhythm game.

AutoVRse has already delivered VR solutions to global companies such as Shell, Godrej, and Tata Motors, showcasing the widespread adoption and impact of its technology in traditional industries.
