ANNY Raises ₹10 Crore in Pre-Series A Round Led by Atomic Capital to Redefine Accessible Luxury for Indian Women


In a major boost to its ambition of becoming India’s leading accessible luxury fashion brand, ANNY has secured ₹10 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Atomic Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm known for backing high-growth consumer-tech brands. The fresh infusion of funds positions ANNY to accelerate product innovation, team expansion, and market growth as it targets ₹100 crore in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the next year.

Founded in 2023 by Japjot Singh (CEO), Aveen Kaur (COO), and Rahul Tanwar (CTO), ANNY was born from a simple insight — solving the perennial “nothing to wear” dilemma faced by modern Indian women. The brand combines trend-led design, vertically integrated manufacturing, and a proprietary fashion engine powered by real-time data to deliver globally inspired styles at unmatched speed and affordability.

Atomic Capital, which recently closed an oversubscribed fund with over ₹400 crore in commitments, brings more than capital to the table. The VC firm is known for its hands-on approach, operational rigor, and consumer-centric investment thesis.
