Anil Singh Appointed CEO of IIT Mandi Catalyst, Spearheading Himachal Pradesh’s Leading Technology Business Incubator

IIT Mandi Catalyst, Himachal Pradesh’s first Technology Business Incubator (TBI), has announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Singh as its new Chief Executive Officer. With an extensive career spanning over 20 years in startup ecosystem development and incubation management, Anil Singh is well-equipped to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and innovation.
Anil brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including General Manager at IIT Mandi Catalyst, AGM-Operations at Atal Incubation Centre-BIMTECH, and Hub Manager at Innov8. Over his career, he has mentored more than 250 startups and played a key role in setting up incubation centers in over 10 academic institutes across India.
His strong connections with national and state government schemes such as the Atal Innovation Mission, Startup India, and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology enable him to navigate and foster valuable public-private partnerships. These relationships, combined with Anil’s expertise in startup strategy, market research, and regulatory compliance, position him to accelerate IIT Mandi Catalyst’s vision of creating a vibrant startup ecosystem in the Kamand Valley.
