All Things Baby Secures ₹30 Crore in Series-A Funding Led by Inoventures

All Things Baby, a premium mother and baby care brand, has raised ₹30 crore in a Series-A funding round led by Inoventures, the family office of Manish Choksi and Richa Choksi. This funding marks a significant milestone for the company as it looks to scale operations and strengthen its position in the competitive mother and baby care market.

The fresh capital will be deployed to drive growth across multiple fronts, including expanding its product range, onboarding more international brands, enhancing distribution networks, and scaling its omnichannel presence. A key focus area will be the launch of exclusive experiential retail stores in major metro cities across the country.

The company is also set to develop private labels, invest in cutting-edge technology, and build a robust team to ensure operational excellence during its growth phase.

Founded in 2016, All Things Baby caters to the evolving needs of modern parents by offering high-quality, premium products. With a customer base exceeding 35,000 families across India, the brand has built a reputation for trust and innovation.

Tejal Bajla, Co-founder of All Things Baby, expressed optimism about the brand’s future, saying,
“My mission has always been to build a brand that resonates with modern parents—one that combines trust, aesthetics, and innovation. This fundraise empowers us to amplify our marketing efforts, deepen our connection with families across India, and position All Things Baby as a global benchmark in premium parenting solutions.”

Expansion Plans

The company has ambitious plans to strategically expand its distribution network. This includes onboarding additional brands to its portfolio and strengthening its assortment depth. A significant focus will also be placed on growing its general trade distribution network and increasing its presence at key Shop-in-Shop locations.

All Things Baby aims to establish an immersive in-store presence by opening retail outlets across India’s top eight metro cities: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Pune.
