Pulse, an Agentic AI-powered platform designed to help SaaS companies refine their products, has successfully raised $1.4 million in a seed funding round. The funding was led by Endiya Partners, with personal investments from the founders of Zluri and Yellow.ai.
Launched in its first year, Pulse plans to use the proceeds to build a strong core team, focusing heavily on the development of its platform. The funds will also enable the company to enhance the capabilities of its purpose-built Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI features.
Agentic AI – A New Frontier in AI Development
Agentic AI represents a type of artificial intelligence that can think and act independently. Unlike traditional AI systems, it can analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and adapt to dynamic environments. Pulse integrates this cutting-edge technology to help product managers gain actionable intelligence by centralizing and analyzing customer feedback in real-time.
By using advanced Agentic AI, Pulse not only automates feature extraction and prioritization but also creates data-driven roadmaps and provides dynamic insights into competitor movements.
Transforming Product Management with Actionable Intelligence
Pulse’s platform aims to align product initiatives directly with customer needs, making it a valuable tool for SaaS companies looking to fine-tune their offerings. The startup is already in the process of piloting with multiple design partners, and the team is preparing for several upcoming launches.
“We have begun pilots with multiple design partners and will go live with several of them. We are going to allocate resources towards early go-to-market initiatives, helping establish an initial foothold and drive market traction in the domestic market in the US,” said a Pulse executive.
A Vision for Data-First Product Management
The Hyderabad-based startup was co-founded by Haren Chelle (CEO), Vatsal Singhal (Chief Product Officer), and Alok Thatikunta (CTO), all alumni of IIT Patna and IIIT Hyderabad. They are on a mission to transform product management into a data-first approach, where every outcome is backed by powerful insights.
“We would like to transform product management into a data-first approach where every outcome is backed by powerful insights. This funding enables us to scale faster and empower businesses to create products that resonate with their customers, giving them a competitive edge in an ever-evolving market,” said Haren Chelle.
