Advantage Club strengthens its global footprint by appointing Matthew Willis as Senior VP and GM of North America

Matthew E. Willis has been named senior vice president and general manager of North America at Advantage Club, a global platform for employee engagement. The company’s entire expansion strategy in the North American market includes this appointment. He will promote revenue growth and guarantee Advantage Club customers’ success and support in a variety of North American sectors.
In the fields of technology, banking, retail, and professional services, Matthew has more than 20 years of expertise. He has also supported numerous early-stage businesses as a mentor and investor. Matthew will support Advantage Club’s initiatives to develop strong customer relationships and boost growth in North America in his present position.
He had a number of top leadership positions at CareerBuilder before joining Advantage Club, where he scaled the enterprise and mid-market divisions. Additionally, Matthew worked with Broadbean Technologies as VP and GM of North America, effectively growing the region’s company to a 5x MRR.

Matthew Willis has degrees in finance and marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a JD from the University of Colorado Law School, and an MS from Miami University.
