Practo, which now offers online doctor appointment bookings, telemedicine, pharmacy, and diagnostic services, will now offer an omni-channel healthcare ecosystem for secondary care or surgeries. This would be done through Practo Care surgery centers. Each patient enrolling for Practo surgeries would also be provided with a relationship manager who will guide him or her through the whole process, including insurance claims.

Currently, Practo Care Surgeries has taken up three specialties – general surgery, urology, and ENT and helping fulfill 50+ surgical procedures. The company plans to add more specialties – orthopedic, gynecology, and ophthalmology, to name a few. The company plans to expand its network to 30+ cities, launch 300+ centers, add more specialties (viz. orthopedic, gynecology, ophthalmology, to name a few), and onboard hundreds of surgeons by the end of next year.
