Fuze receives a patent for in-session communications

Fuze, a leading provider of cloud-based communications for the modern enterprise, announced on 23 September that it has received a patent for recommending people based on in-session communications.
In August 2021, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued U.S. Patent No. 11095693 for Fuze. With artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, this invention monitors and analyzes all real-time communication streams (including meeting and group conversations), detecting participants’ intentions and suggesting actions for more seamless communication.
Fuze users will be able to communicate more efficiently and smartly by analyzing communication data in real-time and offering in-session recommendations based on context and user history. The In-session recommendations include many options from offering to add participants to a conversation to sharing context-specific content.
