The fifth global edition of World CX Summit
The ASEAN version of the World CX Summit – FSI brought together pre-qualified CX leaders, marketers, and FSI professionals virtually on October 21, 2021, as part of the world tour, to discuss how the latest technologies and customer insights may be merged to alter CX as we know it.
On Vmeets, a virtual events platform, the fifth worldwide edition featured keynotes, panel discussions, tech lectures, private consulting rooms, private networking rooms, and more. CX executives and enthusiasts participated in interactive Q&A sessions with speakers, emphasising the shifting dynamics of customer experience around the world.
