Koch Industries is early investor for new Wichita startup

The initial concept for PLOT was the result of a collaborative effort between Koch and an Indianapolis-based venture studio. This week, High Alpha Innovation, an Indianapolis-based venture studio, announced a pre-seed investment collaboration with Koch Industries and a comprehensive construction communications platform. PLOT will be based in Wichita, Kansas, and is now hiring for important early positions.

An endemic communication problem in the construction sector is fragmented talks that do not reach all essential participants. Koch worked with High Alpha Innovation to establish PLOT in order to better simplify communication channels across the construction value chain, and most recently led the startup’s pre-seed financing.
