Realme records a sale of Rs. 3500 crore in 9-day festive sale

Realme said it had raked in Rs 3,500 crore during the festive season sale between October 2-10.
The company claims that the sale of smartphones in the Rs 20,000-30,000 segment has increased 1,200 percent since the festive season in 2020.
As part of the ‘Big Billion Days’ sale, the company claimed to have topped the chart of smartphone brands on e-commerce platform Flipkart.
“We are overwhelmed with the response from customers during the realme festive days. We are glad to witness a remarkable growth figure from the standpoint of both sale figures (products sold) and values (value of sales),” Realme India, Europe and Latin America CEO Madhav Sheth said.
Across all channels, realme GT Master Edition 5G smartphones have been sold over 1.7 lakh times, as per the company.
