trica, LetsVenture’s new entity, raises $3 million seed

As part of its expansion, LetsVenture has launched trica, a platform that enables equity management and private equity investments on one platform.
Several prominent investors have invested in separate seed rounds from Accel, LC Nueva AIF, Secocha Ventures, as well as family offices of Apurva Parekh of Pidilite, Rahul Talwar of DLF Group and others.
Trica co-founder Nimesh Kampani serves as CEO, while LetsVenture co-founders Shanti Mohan and Sanjay Jha serve as heads of strategy and product, respectively.
The Letsventure software product for cap table and ESOP management has been rebranded to trica equity and trica capital will assist family offices, UHNIs, and funds with investing in growth stage and pre-IPO companies.
LetsVenture will continue to focus on AngelInvesting and Early-Stage companies as it is now. The technology start-up space is leapfrogging with 30 of India’s 65 unicorns getting created in 2021. trica plans on serving this market through its equity management software, liquidity solutions, and access to capital.
trica’s funds will be used to build out technology infrastructure that will manage equity investments for companies and investors, scale its product, and grow its team.
