ICICI Securities invests Rs. 5.56Cr in Asknbid Innovation Factory
ICICI Securities recently invested Rs. 5.56 crore in DStreet Games parent company Asknbid Innovation Factory. The financial services firm now possesses a 16.12 percent stake in Asknbid.
The former stated in a stock-filing, “ICICI Securities, in the normal course of business, might in future have business dealings with Asknbid Innovation Factory India.”
ICICI Securities will, reportedly, be buying 3,055 equity shares and 26,068 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPSs) in Asknbid Innovation Factory India.
The Bengaluru-based startup develops tech-based products for asset management companies, exchanges, brokers, investment banks, retail investors and traders, wealth management companies, and depositories.
Founded in 2018 by Suresh Bavisetti and Paarth Dhar, the company also runs DStreet Games, which utilises a simulation format to teach users about equity markets.
