Vakilsearch raises $10M in funding from InCorp India
Vakilsearch recently announced that it raised $10 million from InCorp India
The legaltech startup plans on using the capital raised for improving product offerings, investing in sales & marketing, and acquiring talent.

Chennai-based Vakilsearch offers to its users legal services such as incorporation, government registrations, corporate and tax filings, trademark filings, accounting, and payroll, among others. The company claims that it has helped over 80,000 small businesses and 30,000 businesses till date.
Commenting on the investment, InCorp India CEO Manish Modi said, “With this investment, we will leverage the strengths of Vakilsearch and accelerate our artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) initiatives. Vakilsearch will increase the depth of its service offerings by augmenting the technical capabilities and global best practices of InCorp India.”
